Passports

Original Passports can be processed at the Town Clerk's office located at Town Hall from 9 A.M to 2 P.M., Monday through Friday. An appointment is strongly recommended. Please call (315) 652-3800, option 8 to be connected to the Town Clerk's office.

You MUST Bring:

• Application (can be filled out ahead of time or done online & printed)
• Check or Money Order to accompany passport application (fee may vary depending on application or expediting)
• Passport Photo (we recommend Walmart, Staples or Walgreens)
• Separate processing fee of $35.00 for the Town of Clay, which may be paid by cash, check or credit card

BE AWARE of any 3rd party websites that may look like the Department of State, they are not legitimate. Applications for passports can only be done at an IN-PERSON acceptance facility.
