Public Hearing Notice: Town Board Case #1251: THE RESERVE AT CLAY - 05/18/2026 @ 7:47 P.M.

TOWN OF CLAY LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on May 18, 2026, commencing at 7:47 P.M., local time, to consider Town Board Case #1251: THE RESERVE AT CLAY for a Zone Change from RA-100 Residential Agricultural District to R-7.5 One-Family Residential to allow for future development of approximately 61 single-family residential lots on land located at 8201 Lawton Road and vacant lands Westerly, Tax Map Nos. 077.-26-01.1 and 077.-26-04, consisting of +/- 20.18 acres of land. TOWN OF CLAY LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on May 18, 2026, commencing at 7:44 P.M., local time, to consider Town Board Case #1250: LANDS OF NELSON AMENDED for a Zone Change from NC-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to HC-1 Highway Commercial District to allow for expansion of an existing parking lot to serve additional vehicle inventory for West Herr on land located at 3687 State Route 31, Tax Map No. 020.-01-06.1, consisting of +/- .73 acres of land. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard. By Resolution of the Town Board dated May 4, 2026.

Planning Board Hearings: May 13, 2026

PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on May 13, 2026.  The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:

Case #2026-028– for a SITE PLAN application by The Summit Credit Federal Union to allow the demolition of an existing vacant office building and parking lot to accommodate the development of a new credit union.  The proposed development will include a drive-up teller window, an ATM, and associated parking. The properties which are the subject of the application are located at 4955 W Taft Road, Tax ID #s 107.-14-26.1 and 107-14-27.1. The properties are in the Office (O-2) Zoning District.
