Planning Board Hearings: May 13, 2026May 5, 2026PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on May 13, 2026. The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following: Case #2026-028– for a SITE PLAN application by The Summit Credit Federal Union to allow the demolition of an existing vacant office building and parking lot to accommodate the development of a new credit union. The proposed development will include a drive-up teller window, an ATM, and associated parking. The properties which are the subject of the application are located at 4955 W Taft Road, Tax ID #s 107.-14-26.1 and 107-14-27.1. The properties are in the Office (O-2) Zoning District.
