PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on September 30th, 2026.  The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:

Case #2026-051 - for an AMENDED SITE PLAN application by Amazon.com Inc. to develop an accessory operations facility for drone delivery to Amazon customers in a 7.5- mile radius from the deployment site located in the distribution facility’s northern parking area. The property which is the subject of this application is 7211 Morgan Rd., Tax ID # 114.-01-02.3. The property is in the Industrial 1 (I-1) Zoning District.

Case #2026-054 – for a SPECIAL PERMIT REFERRAL application by Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems Inc. pursuant to the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance Section 230-16C(2)(e)[3] to permit the land use of a “Automobile Car Wash Facility” for the development of accessory vacuums adjacent to an existing car wash. Most of the proposed improvements will occur at the applicant’s principal site at 3720 Brewerton Rd., located within the Town of Salina. The property which is the subject of this application is 3728-3770 Brewerton Rd., Tax ID #118.-01-15.0. The property is in the Regional Commercial (RC-1) Zoning District. The PLANNING BOARD has the responsibility to formulate a recommendation to the TOWN OF CLAY TOWN BOARD which, by law, has the power to grant or deny the application at a future date (to be announced by publication of a legal notice).
