Planning Board Hearing: Amazon.com, Inc. - POSTPONED

PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Case #2026-051, an AMENDED SITE PLAN application submitted by Amazon.com, Inc., HAS BEEN POSTPONED from the October 14, 2026 Planning Board meeting.  Amazon is considering the most efficient location and layout of the Prime Air Drone Delivery Center.

Rescheduled public hearing date will be December 9, 2026.

PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Case #2026-058, a SITE PLAN application submitted by Acquest Development/Amazon.com, Inc., HAS BEEN POSTPONED from the October 14, 2026 Planning Board meeting.  Amazon is currently revising their site plan to accommodate comments received from the Planning Board.

Notice of the rescheduled public hearing date will be determined at a later date.

Public Hearing Notice: LOCAL LAW NO. 11 OF THE YEAR 2026 - 10/19/2026 @ 7:47 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on October 19, 2026, commencing at 7:47 P.M., local time, to consider LOCAL LAW NO. 11 OF THE YEAR 2026 pursuant to Section 487 of the Real Property Tax Law (RPTL) to “opt out” of allowing real property tax exemptions pursuant to Section 487 of the PRTL and declare Battery Energy Storage Systems fully taxable in the Town of Clay. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.

PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on October 14th, 2026.  The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:

Case #2026-077 - for a SITE PLAN application by Matthews Auto Group to redevelop an existing site for the purposes of motor vehicle service and sales. The property which is the subject of this application is 4155 State Route 31, Tax ID # 028.-01-47.0. The property is in the Regional Commercial (RC-1) Zoning District.

Case #2026-081 - for a SITE PLAN application by EquipmentShare.com Inc. to develop an onsite fuel island for private fuel distribution of construction equipment & fleet vehicles, along with an accessory laydown yard and wash basin. The property which is the subject of this application is 4708 Dey Rd., Tax ID # 105.-02-02.1. The property is in the Industrial 1 (I-1) Zoning District.
